Ballinascreen Credit Union, Draperstown

Ballinascreen Credit Union approached Gilmour Architects as they required a dedicated board room space. There was no available external space within the site, so the solution was to convert an existing first floor roof terrace into the habitable accommodation required. The elevated position provides stunning views towards the Sperrin Mountains.

The project also involved a new kitchen and an external refurbishment of the front elevation of the property, including a clock and weather vane.
