South Belfast Extension

This existing property, located on the Upper Malone Road in South Belfast, required additional floor space and a major renovation to meet the current needs of the existing owners and their young family. The renovation works centred around improving the energy efficiency and thermal performance of the existing fabric, including new external wall insulation, improved roof insulation, new high efficient windows and external doors and PV panels.

The additional floor area is in the form of a contemporary brick clad two storey rear extension and wrap around dormer window to the side elevation. The front of the property is also being given a face lift by reconfiguring window openings and incorporating new external finishes (in the form of brick slips, new render and metal fascias.)
