Clogherhead House 2

An elegant storey and a half house that is divided into three distinctive elements. A central private entrance link serves a storey and a half bedroom block that faces the road and a single storey living block that faces and connects with a secluded rear garden. The site was particularly challenging from a planning point of view, with difficulties around access, visibility splays and demolition consent for the existing property. However through extensive dialogue with the planning department these challenges were overcome.
